How we protect new team placements
Team drivers should receive long-haul freight whenever possible during their first two weeks. Dispatchers prioritize loads with deadhead distances of up to 250 miles whenever operationally possible — so new teams stay productive and retention holds.

Recruited drivers are guaranteed to remain employed for a minimum of 30 days. 50% of the recruitment fee is due on the driver’s first working day; the remaining 50% after 14 days. Clear terms. No surprise agency markups.
Refunds/replacements exclude company-controlled issues (dispatch, payroll, equipment, management decisions) and force majeure. Placement depends on hiring policies and insurance approval.

Recruitment placement depends on company hiring policies and insurance approval. Special-case pricing applies only when drivers are eligible under client policies. If a driver leaves due to internal company issues, management decisions, dispatch performance, payroll issues, equipment failures, or circumstances under the company’s control, no replacement or refund is provided. Force majeure, fleet shortages, dispatch delays, operational issues, and equipment failures are not valid grounds for refunds or replacements under standard terms.
Tezway / JIMI Dispatch Service provides dispatch, recruiting, and marketing services and is not a carrier, broker of record, or employer of record unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Dispatch fee is 3% of applicable gross as agreed in the service contract.
